I'm Ash, the founder of Skin Theory.
I created ST to give men and women a place where they can get real answers about their skin.
We don't do cookie cutter here, we don't fluff about, we are straight to the point.
We look at whats actually going on, explain it to you properly and then fix it.
The skin world is an honestly, a minefield.
Theres cowboys online, products that are causing more problems than they fix, treatments that focus on the surface not the cause and medications that mask the problem. Is it any wonder you are confused!?

I'm Ash
Ash is the visionary behind The Business of Skin! She is on a mission to help Clinic Owners stop the daily grind and build businesses that give them real freedom and serious profit. After scaling 2 award winning clinics to 6 figure months, she now leads a powerhouse team delivering strategy, structure, and results, while boldly challenging outdated industry norms and showing owners what’s truly possible when they master their numbers and mindset.

I'm Stevie
Stevie brings years of hands on experience managing high performing teams and driving Clinic growth. Formerly the manager of Ash’s award winning Clinic, Stevie now specialises in training your teams just as she did with Ash’s Clinic to nail their consultations, have exceptional Skin Knowledge, sell with confidence and have your Client’s on 12 month treatment plans so they see the results they deserve. Building you a high performing, knowledgeable confident team.
Without boring you too much, before I got into skin, I was a tomboy, worked in a male dominated industry and honestly I had no idea about skin care.
I didn't use it, had no idea what a serum was and thought it was BS!
Well, that definitely changed!
After completing my beauty apprenticeship, I started my own business and went on to become a Dermal Therapist (just means I learnt a lot more about skin) and became obsessed with understanding how the skin actually works.
From there I built multiple clinics, including Black Diamond which became known for results and real transformations.
We won awards, built a strong reputation and we even travelled to Germany to learn from some of the best in the world.
In 2023, I stepped away from my clinics to travel the world and mentor other business owners and skin therapists which I still do today.
So not only do I work in Clinic, I also train others in business and how to treat and understand skin properly.
But towards the end of 2025, I came back to Clinic life.
Honestly I missed it.
I missed the transformations, the clients and to be honest, I know the level if knowledge I have makes a difference.

Ash has over 13 years experience in the skin industry, with a background in Dermal Therapies and clinic ownership.
She has built multiple successful clinics, trained internationally, and now mentors other skin therapists, bringing that level of knowledge directly into the treatment room.

Beauty Therapist
Stevie has worked alongside Ash for her entire skin career, completing their apprenticeships together.
She has a strong focus on skin health, client results, and long term correction.
Stevie is trained in Skin Theory’s approach and works closely with clients to support their skin journey from consultation through to results.

Stevie has worked alongside Ash for just about her entire career starting out as apprentices together totalling 13 years in the industry with a background in health and wellness.
She also had the opportunity to also travel to Germany to study with Ash. Stevie is extremely passionate about skin health, battling eczema and inflammatory skin conditions herself..
